Dissolving Method
Two-step temperature raising (recommended) : Low viscosity, best liquidity
Add the flakes in half of the total water required gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them and heat up
to 70~80℃ and stir them until the flakes become an even paste (30~60 min), stop heating, add residual
water and stir well, then cool it down.
Temperature raising: Lower viscosity, good liquidity
Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them and heat up to
70~75℃ and stir them for 30~60mins again until the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down.
High temperature: High viscosity, suitable for the requirements of high viscosity
Add the flakes in water (70~75℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them for 30-60mins again until
the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down.
Properties
Has good hydrophilicity and antistatic properties to cotton and T/C, low yellowing
Impart good soft, smooth and full hand feel to fabric
Has good resistance of salt, alkali
Excellent compatibility with other anionic and cationic softening agent, also good compatibility with
coatings , has nonionic characteristics
The diluted liquid has good liquidity
Suitable for areas with high hard water
Field of Application
Apply to the fabric that has strict requirements of shade and whiteness, especially for dyeing house and
paint printing factory.
Mainly used for softening finishing of cotton and their blended fabric.
Because of good hydrophilicity, it is suitable for softening and antistatic finishing of printed cloth,
leather substrates’ sanding and napping.
Application
Padding:Dosage:20~50g/L (10% solution) Temperature:30～40℃
Process: one dip one nip or two dips two nips
Dipping:Dosage:3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature:40~50℃
Liquor ratio:1:10～15 Time: 30 min
Storage and Packing
Shelf life:12 months when stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouse. It should not be piled up for a long
time or subjected to heavy pressure.
