Properties
Used for cotton knit, cotton woven and their blended fabrics, also for Lycra fabrics, with
excellent smoothness and soft effect.
It can be compounded with other softeners to improve the smoothness, and impart smooth,
soft, fluffy and resilient hand feel to different fabrics.
Good stability, good resistance of salt, alkali, high temperature and shearing.
Field of Application
Used for cotton knit, cotton woven and their blended fabrics, also suitable for Lycra fabrics.
Application (Recommended usage: 1:4.)
Padding: Dosage: 10~30g/L Temperature: room temperature
Process: one dip one nip or two dips two nips
Dipping: Dosage: 2.0～5.0% (o.w.f) (after diluted) Temperature: 30~40℃
Liquor ratio:1:10～15 Time:30mins
Dissolving Method
Add silicone in the container, and then add the same proportion water of the silicone slowly while
stirring. After stirring evenly, add the same proportion water of the silicone again. Add the rest of
water and stir it after stirring evenly.
Storage and Packing
Shelf life: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120kg plastic drum
